1. Initial Conversation
We’ll get to know each other by sharing Storm Guard’s story and values and discussing your background and business goals. If your goals align well with our company values, we then schedule a webinar.
Once we’ve talked and learned more about one another, you’ll have an opportunity to attend an informative webinar. During the webinar, we’ll take a deep dive into Storm Guard’s business model, systems, tools, and resources.
3. FDD Review
After attending the webinar, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document. This document outlines the expectations between Franchisee and Franchisor. We’ll go through all of your questions to ensure you have a clear picture of the model and the type of relationship we’re looking to build.
Next, you’ll speak with current Storm Guard franchisees to hear first-hand what it’s like to be a Storm Guard owner. During these conversations, you will gain insight into how the business has impacted our franchise owners, their families, and our communities.
5. Application Submission
Once we both feel confident in our fit, you’ll complete an application for a franchise. This application will be reviewed by our Executive Team. If approved, you’ll then receive an invitation to Meet the Team Day.
6. Meet The Team Day
When your application is approved, you will have the opportunity to meet the team of people who will be by your side, helping you to build your business from day one. You will be able to experience our culture first-hand, as well as participate in a final evaluation of our mutual decision to be partners.
7. Final Approval
If all goes well at Meet the Team Day, and we mutually agree that you are a good fit for Storm Guard, you will be awarded a franchise! Welcome to the family!
